Article 4 – Personal Data Collected

In the context of using the Site, ALVID Consulting may collect the following categories of personal data:

Article 7 – Data Retention Period

Personal data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact and enquiry details: 3 years from last contact with user.
  • Appointment booking data duration of the business relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes.
  • Navigation data and cookies: 13 months maximum, in accordance with the recommendations of the CNIL.
  • Data required to comply with legal obligations: period required by applicable regulation.

Article 8 – Transfer of data outside the EU

In principle, your personal data is processed within the European Union. However, some of our service providers (in particular Microsoft for the booking system) may transfer data outside the EU.

In this case, ALVID Consulting ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.
