Article 4 - Personal data collected

When using the Site, ALVID Consulting may collect the following categories of personal data:

4.1 - Data collected directly from the user

  • Contact form : last name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, subject and content of message.
  • Online appointment booking : surname, first name, email address, and any information provided at the time of booking via the appointment system.
  • Comments on the blog : name, email address, comment content.

4.2 - Data collected automatically

  • Navigation data : IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, duration of visit, origin and destination pages.
  • Cookies and similar technologies : session identifiers, browsing preferences, analytical data (see Article 9).

Article 5 - Purposes and legal basis of processing

Article 6 - Data recipients

The personal data collected is intended only for authorized members of ALVID Consulting.

It may also be transmitted to the following service providers, acting as subcontractors:

  • Microsoft Corporation (Outlook/Bookings appointment scheduling system).
  • Any other technical service provider involved in the maintenance and improvement of the Site.

ALVID Consulting ensures that its subcontractors provide sufficient guarantees with regard to the protection of personal data.

Your data will not be transferred or sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

Article 7 - Data retention period

Personal data is kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Contact and request data : 3 years from the last contact with the user.
  • Appointment data : for the duration of the commercial relationship, then 3 years for prospecting purposes.
  • Navigation data and cookies : 13 months maximum in accordance with CNIL recommendations.
  • Data required to meet legal obligations : duration imposed by applicable regulations.

Article 8 - Transfer of data outside the EU

In principle, your personal data is processed within the European Union. However, some of our service providers (notably Microsoft for the reservation system) may transfer data outside the EU.

In this case, ALVID Consulting ensures that appropriate safeguards are put in place in accordance with the RGPD, such as standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or an adequacy decision.

Article 9 - Cookies

9.1 - What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your terminal (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit the Site. It is used to store information relating to your browsing.

ALVID Consulting implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, and in particular to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

This privacy policy is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of this policy, and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts of Pontoise shall have sole jurisdiction.
